Where is the KYUKA surf villa located?
The Kyuka Surf Villa is located in the laid-back village of Lajares, nestled between El Cotillo, Majanicho and the stunning dunes of Corralejo. This central spot on Fuerteventura’s north coast gives you quick and easy access to all major surf breaks — most of them just 15 minutes away by car. Thanks to this ideal location, you can always chase the best waves based on the conditions and your level.
The surf villa is just 30 minutes away from the airport. Transfers from and to Fuerteventura Airport are included in our packages.
The rooms
Our surf villa features five beautifully designed shared bedrooms that inspire to connect. Each with its own bathroom. Shared rooms accommodate between four and six guests. They include amenities such as a nightstand, nightlight, closet for safe storage, a safe, a TV, and convenient charging ports for your devices.
We also offer a luxurious suite with a king-size bed for two, for those seeking added privacy. Upon request and for an additional fee, any quadruple room can be converted into a private double room.

Our surf villa is workation friendly. When work calls, we set up quiet spots for you to focus without distractions. We have multipe rooms and areas ideal for work sessions, high-speed WIFI in and around the villa and lots of options to plug in your devices.
Our fixed schedules allow you to plan when you’ll be reachable for clients or your boss, ensuring a balance between work and fun.

Gym and pool
Our surf villa offers everything you need to get in the best shape for surfing. Not only do we have an indoor and outdoor gym, we also have a semi-olympic saltwater pool where you can practice your paddling skills or just take a refreshing dive during hot days. Go check them out!

- Theory, Agility Exercises followed by a session in the water that is recorded, afterwards video analysis & feedback to refine technique
No coach in the water; students apply feedback independently during in-water sessions. Ideal for experienced surfers trying to work on maneuvers.
Prerequisites: Must be able to paddle out and catch waves independently.

Our surf villa is open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced surfers. Whether you’re catching your very first wave or looking to refine your technique, we’ve got you covered.
You can choose to bring your own gear and surf independently, or book surf lessons tailored to your skill level. More experienced surfers can also opt for advanced surf coaching to take their performance to the next level. We work together with some amazing surf schools.
Our surf villa has cars to transport you to all your surf lessons, activities, and even take you on a quick trip to the nearest store twice a week. If you’re looking to catch waves on your own schedule, we definitely recommend renting a car.

Of course! If you prefer to surf with your own board and wetsuit, you’re more than welcome to bring them. We also provide safe storage at the surf camp for your gear.
Don’t have your own equipment or prefer to travel light? No worries, you can rent gear at the local surf schools that we work with. If you choose a package with surf lessons, a rental board and wetsuit are included in your stay.
